Bench Mount Launcher Upgrade
Not only have sealing options improved, but a full redesign of our popular Bench Mount Launcher is starting 2021 out the right way! Ask us about any of the new updates including:
- New Item: Easy flip ‘Debris Door” located on the front top cover which prevents contamination/debris from falling into the chute and firing chamber when the launcher is idol.
- New Design: Ported Piston Head creates a 360 degree blow air helping shoot small projectiles consistently. The UC-BM1.25-G3 launcher is now capable of launching 4mm & 5mm projectiles.
- New Design: A new, modular design allows for a new type of Projectile Verification that would not rely on the Banner sensors in the Containment barrel. Ultra Clean is currently developing and testing a new type of projectile verification that would be very reliable. More to come soon!
- New Design: Upgraded seals and design for longer service life.
- New Design: The pneumatic connectors are now NPT push to connect style. The original units were cartridge style push to connect. In the event of a failure, this is much easier to fix.
- Optional Nozzles: We are offering aluminum hose style nozzles with a bright blue hard coat anodized finish. Aluminum nozzles reduce the risk of cracking and last much longer than their plastic replacements. They also do not require the same mold shape as plastic which helps resist any misfires.
